Our surveyor will complete a quotation and leave it with you so you can decide in your own time if you would like to go ahead.

Yes we are a Certass registered installer. Certass is Government authorised to operate a Competent Person Scheme and is a UKAS accredited Certification Body. All Certass Certification Scheme member contractors are regularly audited on-site and at the contractor premises.
Certass Certification Scheme membership requires that a contractor must be able to provide customers with:
- A guarantee covering the completed installation
- Financial protection with an Independent Backed Guarantee (IBG) to cover the Building Regulations requirements for 6 years should they cease trading
- Suitably qualified and assessed site operatives
If you decide to go ahead we will require a 10% deposit before any work can begin. The deposit will be due before our surveyor completes a detailed survey of your windows. The balance is then due on the day of installation but only after the windows have been completed.
The balance will be due on the last day of installation once the windows have been fully installed. The balance can be paid via BACS or directly to the fitters once the job is complete.
Exact time depends on the number and style of windows. But as a general rule, a whole house (8-10 windows) should be fitted in 1-3 days. Potteries Windows will carry out a full survey before the new windows arrive and will therefore know the extent of work required.
If you decide to go ahead we will aim to install your new windows within 4 weeks of the survey. Once we have had confirmation from our supplier that your windows are ready we will contact you via telephone to book in a convenient date for the installation.
Yes, you will receive a 10 year guarantee from the date of completion.
All of the rubbish and old window frames will be taken away by the fitters. All of the old windows will be sorted back at Potteries Windows HQ and discarded into various recycling skips.
