If you decide to go ahead we will aim to install your new windows within 4 weeks of the survey. Once we have had confirmation from our supplier that your windows are ready we will contact you via telephone to book in a convenient date for the installation.

Exact time depends on the number and style of windows. But as a general rule, a whole house (8-10 windows) should be fitted in 1-3 days. Potteries Windows will carry out a full survey before the new windows arrive and will therefore know the extent of work required.

The balance will be due on the last day of installation once the windows have been fully installed. The balance can be paid via BACS or directly to the fitters once the job is complete.
