A strong entrance with lasting character
GD12 Contemporary Composite Door
GD12 features a broad rectangular glazed panel in the upper part of the door, with horizontal detailing across the solid area below. It provides one prominent glazed feature instead of a repeated row of smaller panes.
Review the larger panel from inside your hallway and from the approach to your home. Compatible decorative or privacy glass can change its appearance and visibility considerably. Compare GD11 for horizontal bands or GD10 for a narrower upper feature before choosing.

Does GD12's larger panel mean clear glass is the only option?
The pane shape does not determine the glass design. We will confirm the compatible glazing options for the selected GD12 specification, including your privacy requirements. Choose from the available combinations rather than assuming every glass design fits every door.
Built for British homes
Why choose this Distinction composite door?
The GD12 Contemporary Composite Door combines an authentic, carefully detailed finish with a strong insulated construction. It is made to provide an attractive, low-maintenance entrance for homes in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area, with the final specification tailored during survey.
High-impact GRP skin
A tough glass-reinforced plastic outer skin provides strength and durability while recreating the character of a traditional timber door.
Insulated foam-filled core
The high-density insulated core is designed to retain warmth and support strong thermal performance as part of a properly specified doorset.
Stable composite construction
Water-resistant polymer composite rails and engineered reinforcement help the door resist moisture absorption, movement and everyday wear.
Security-focused design
A rigid sub-frame, reinforced central board and impact-resistant skin create a reassuring foundation for the selected multipoint locking system.
Decorative glass choices
Where glazing is selected, compatible decorative units include laminated and triple-glazed options designed to add privacy, style and reassurance.
Colours and finishing touches
Choose from complementary colours, glazing and door furniture to create a personalised entrance that suits the character of your property.
