Absolutely 💯 recommend Potteries Windows.
Mo came out today to look at my front door as the lock mechanism kept failing. It turned out to be a little more than first thought and he had to go out twice to get the replacement part. Nothing was too much trouble, Mo was friendly, polite and very professional. He was able to fix and make the door secure at such short notice.
Wonderful service from start to finish, great communication and Lesley was lovely throughout.
I will definitely be using Potteries Windows in the future.
Thank you again.

Best in the game!

Faultless again, from the first initial contact with Dave and Lesley who got everything sorted without any problems & The fitters Wes and Alex who did a great job with the door / guttering & windows. Professional job and all left nice and clean!

Cheers, Jord

Absolutely 10 out of 10 cannot fault the company or any of the interactions I've had.

From the quote to the great guys doing the job to the people at head office.
Nothing but helpful polite friendly empathetic professional and overall very conscientious of doing a good job.

Highly recommend the company, the quality of the product and the quality of the work. Absolute game changer I needed my windows and doors doing for a long time. Me and my lady both very happy with the result.

We recently had Potteries Windows to swap our windows.
From the start they were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
We would definitely recommend to anyone.

From Dave measuring up to Lesley in the Office we were constantly kept updated with fitting dates etc.

The lads that did the fitting were a pleasure to have around..they worked so hard in the recent heatwave and always cleaned up before they left for the day.

Our house now looks totally transformed and we can't thank them all enough.
